This land use application for a Teardown on 65th and Roosevelt (Project #3007933) is located at 6521 Roosevelt Way NE. Application submitted is to allow a six story, 61 unit residential building (with 2 live-work units) with 4,200 sq. ft. of retail at street level. Parking for 60 vehicles to be provided within the structure below grade. The existing structure is to be demolished under a separate permit.
That would have to be the northwest corner of 65th and Roosevelt. The other three are already developed. On the northwest are some second-hand clothing shops. View Larger Map
